Delivery times
Orders received by 1 pm (Mon–Fri) usually ship the same working day. Times are estimates, not guaranteed.
Shipping costs
All prices include VAT. Free shipping applies inside Germany from €75 (post-discount).
Shipping area
We only ship within Germany. Delivery to other countries is currently not possible — not even within the EU.
Packaging & discretion
All shipments are packed neutrally in odour-proof padded envelopes or boxes with no visible reference to the contents. The sender is a neutral logistics address.
Carrier
Shipping via GLS. You'll receive a tracking number by email after dispatch.
Undelivered shipments
For undeliverable shipments (e.g. incorrect address, refused acceptance) the return and re-delivery costs are borne by the customer. Please contact us immediately at info@weedforfriends.com if your delivery hasn't arrived within 7 working days.
Age check on delivery
Our products are sold only to persons aged 18 and over. For some categories, the courier may check ID on request or at their discretion. Please make sure an adult takes delivery.
